Payment terms: 30% deposit secures your booking, balance (70%) payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: 80% refund 60 days or more before safari date. If safari is within 60 days of starting, 50% refund up to 30 days of safari date, 10% refund if safari date is less than 30 days away, or guest is welcome to reschedule to another date within the validity of the current pricing.

No-shows and early departures – 100% non-refundable.

One night bookings are not encouraged. They are made on a ‘book, pay in full and stay’ basis and are 100% non-refundable.
